Movie Reviews

Really love this one :->
Little Miss Cutey | Melbourne, Australia | 01/07/2008
(5 out of 5 stars)

"This entire workout is over one full hour which is great because you only need to do this once to have your daily benefit requirement of exercise. Kelly is a very good instructor who is motivating and not at all annoying. She has geared this workout for an advanced exerciser for sure. It's quite tough and challenging and I love a good challenge.
There are five circuits and they all start with a fair bit of step and then moves onto targeted body sculpting. Then when you think you're over that, it continues with a 60 second cardio burst and yet another set of the same muscle toning. You get tired easily but it's worth doing it to see if you can get to the other side.
Believe me, this is tough but so worth trying. Despite the 'torture', I love pushing myself and I love the feeling when you're done. It feels good and even the next day when you're sore, you know you've done something great for yourself. Give this a go if you are anywhere from intermediate to advanced. This isn't for beginners, but for them, it's something to aim for. I highly recommend this workout."
High impact, not for begginers

"This is a high impact, full on, long workout.
The moves are quick, the changes aren't practiced, with continual and repeated movement between sets, left me out of count, confused and not ready for changes.
I am fit and in shape, 26 and found this to be difficult and I had to lower the impact by changing the workout to reduce stress on knees and back.
I wouldn't recommend for beginners or people who don't workout and sweat 3 times week.
Fit to very people could like this. Uses hand weights. Intense weight work for arms, moderate work for legs, an achievable abs workout, however short."
Kelly is no nonsense and motivating

"I have a variety of workout cd's by Kelly and love every one of them. This one is one of her best as it is high intensity with hard working active rests in between the weight lifting segments. She gives excellent cues and her moves aren't so fancy that you can't get the hang of it after watching her and trying to follow. Every area of your body is worked and I feel engergized after her workout. She is great at keeping you motivated and she's not annoyingly perky. Just 'to the point' and she's working hard right along with you because she is sweating. I work out about 5 or 6 times a week and this is one of my favorites."
