What if I want to cancel a request I made?

  • A requestor can cancel a request by clicking up until the time the sender accesses the address information (= prints the wrapper)
  • The request is not submitted to the sender for 1 hr after it is made; this allows for cancellation if you requested the wrong DVD or change your mind.
  • If the  button does not appear on your account, you should contact the sender by clicking  on the transaction. Ask the sender not to mail the DVD if he/she has not already purchased postage. If the sender agrees to the cancellation, he/she will need to contact us to ask us to cancel. The sender should not cancel from his/her account because you (the requestor) want to cancel the transaction. We need to cancel from your end, so the DVD returns to the sender's DVD Tower and it is removed from your Wish List.
